The Videographer is responsible for video production and photography for internal and external clients. The role works with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance campaign initiatives through engaging visual content for multiple communication platforms. ATLARGE videographers should have a passion for producing informative, engaging visual storytelling through film.


  • Experienced as a filmmaker and editor with an understanding of how video content is produced, ideally with some experience working in a studio environment
  • Knowledgeable and skillful in relation to filming processes, set up and management
  • Self-sufficient and able to manage multiple pieces of work
  • Proficient using different types of filming and editing equipment
  • Proficient using Mac and Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Premiere Pro. After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign are extra awesome
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in generating social media content


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
  • The ability to see projects through, from inception to production
  • Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team
  • The motivation to maintain and improve cinematic standards
  • The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
  • Strong conceptual thinking. You are expected to not just flawlessly execute teammates’ ideas but also be a part of the initial creative process
  • The ability to fly solo and work as part of a team
  • Leadership skills. Our team members have the opportunity, and responsibility, to come up with great ideas and work with others to see them through to the finish
